Local Shelters and Rescue Groups

Here are a number of links to the websites of other shelters and rescue groups in the area. Polaris Alaskan Malamute Rescue supports the adoption of homeless animals, regardless of the organization through which they are rescued. So, if you do not find a Malamute here that you think would be a good fit, or you have decided that the Alaskan Malamute breed is not for you, please do contact a local shelter and adopt one of their animals in need rather than purchasing a petstore or "backyard breeder" dog!
